WHAT IS CHILDREN’S HEALTH?

 

As a parent, you understand that to keep your children healthy, you need to provide them with the basics:

  • Sleeping difficulties
  • Irrational fears
  • Anxiety

 

The common symptoms include:

  • Keeping to themselves
  • Loss of appetite
  • Excess weight gain or loss
  • Feeling lost, hopeless and helpless
  • Stress over small things
